RAID Recovery

Ready for Knowledge, Inc. offers full RAID recovery service. We support all RAID types, including RAID 0, 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5, JBOD, and any variation of mirroring, spanning, and striping. There is a $600 evaluation fee, and $150 per-hour charge for this service. Typical prices start at around $2100 and cap at $7,000. When a high number of disks are involved, this price can increase substantially. Please call for for a price range estimate based on your situation.

Standard Service

Our standard service often tops most data recovery companies' fastest service. This service includes a free high-tech disk diagnosis. After your approval, the hourly cost of this service is $150 per hour, or $1500, which ever is less (average is roughly $700, please call for more details). Within 96 hours of receiving the disk, our clients are provided an estimate. Most recoveries using our standard service have a turnaround time of less than 140 hours (single disk). When the recovery is finished, the data is shipped via Federal Express overnight  service. Please call us for more details.

Priority Service

A one-time charge of $300 places your disk at the top of our list. The hourly cost of this service is $200 per hour. A complete diagnostic data recovery evaluation will begin immediately after receiving the disk(s) via FedEx Priority Overnight. Data Recovery Engineers will then be assigned around the clock (24/7) until your data is recovered. Most priority recoveries have a same day or next day turnaround (single disk). When the recovery is finished, the data is shipped via Federal Express priority overnight. If needed, high speed MediaSafe® Internet data return is included with Priority service. Less than 3% of all cases are categorized as experimental. *2 If the data needed is not recovered, no data recovery fees will be applied. Needed data is based on a list requested by Ready for Knowledge, Inc., and provided by CLIENT prior to proceeding with the recovery attempt. If no list is provided, percentage of recovered data shall directly correspond to price. Call us for more details.
